Hospital Construction

We have now purchased approximately 4.5 acres of land and constructed boundary walls.
In 1 acre we have built 5 rooms, 1 masjid, and a 2 bedroom flat. The land cost us £125,000 total, which was paid by the trust.
The plan here is to build a 120-bed hospital on 4 stories.
The projected cost for this project is around £2.5 million. We will be raising money for this project going forward ia.
